WATDA.SHOP(왔다샵)는 서비스별로 배송 방식과 기간이 다릅니다.

WATDA.SHOP's delivery method and lead time differ by service.

1. Direct from Korea — NZ 배송 / NZ delivery

오클랜드 대형 화물 / Auckland — oversized 사장님 재량으로 견적 / Quoted case-by-case (WATDA.SHOP's discretion)
오클랜드 외 NZ / Outside Auckland NZ 택배 견적 추가 / NZ courier rate added on top

2. Personal Shopper & Commercial Freight — 소요 기간 / Lead time

  • 한국 출항 → NZ 도착: 통상 3~5주 (해상). / Korea departure → NZ arrival: typically 3–5 weeks (sea freight).
  • NZ 통관 + NZ 내 배송: 도착 후 5~10 영업일. / NZ customs clearance + NZ courier delivery: 5–10 business days after arrival.
  • 세관 검사·MPI 검역·성수기 지연은 위 기간에서 제외. / Lead times exclude delays caused by customs, MPI inspection, or peak-season congestion.

3. 부피·실중량 규칙 / Volumetric / actual weight rule

청구무게 = 부피무게 = (L × W × H cm) ÷ 6000 이 기본입니다. 실중량 ≥ 부피무게 × 2 인 경우에만 실중량이 적용됩니다.

Chargeable weight = volumetric weight = (L × W × H cm) ÷ 6000 by default. Actual weight applies only when actual ≥ 2× volumetric.

예 / Examples

  • 부피 100 kg, 실중량 150 kg → 청구 100 kg (부피 기준). / Volumetric 100 kg, actual 150 kg → chargeable 100 kg (volumetric).
  • 부피 100 kg, 실중량 200 kg → 청구 200 kg (실중량 기준, 정확히 2배). / Volumetric 100 kg, actual 200 kg → chargeable 200 kg (actual; equals 2×).
  • 부피 100 kg, 실중량 250 kg → 청구 250 kg (실중량 기준). / Volumetric 100 kg, actual 250 kg → chargeable 250 kg (actual).

4. 공동구매 일정 / Group Purchase scheduling

공동구매는 매 건마다 개별 일정으로 진행됩니다. 모집 기간, 한국 출고 예정일, NZ 도착 예정일은 사전에 왔다샵 채널을 통해 공지됩니다.

Group Purchase events are scheduled on a per-event basis. The recruitment window, Korean dispatch date, and expected NZ arrival are announced in advance through WATDA.SHOP's channels.

5. 통관 거부 / Customs / MPI refusal

NZ 세관·MPI 에 의한 통관 거부·압류·폐기 시 발생하는 비용은 네 가지 서비스 모두에서 고객 부담입니다.

Any costs arising from refusal, seizure, or destruction by NZ Customs or MPI are the customer's responsibility, regardless of which of the four services applies.
