  • Inspection of every parcel.모든 물품 검수.每件包裹都会检查。 Each parcel is opened for a basic check at our Korean warehouse to screen out restricted or non-clearable items. This is required for safe customs clearance.한국 창고에서 모든 물품을 기본 검수합니다. 수입 제한·통관 불가 품목을 걸러내기 위한 필수 절차예요.每件包裹都会在我们的韩国仓库开箱做基本检查，以筛除限制或无法清关的物品。这是安全清关所必需的。
  • Ship-as-received.입고 상태 그대로 출고.按收到的状态发货。 We ship items in the condition they arrive. We don't offer repacking or consolidation, even for damaged or lost outer boxes.도착한 상태 그대로 출고합니다. 재포장·합포장 서비스는 제공하지 않아요(외箱 파손·분실 포함).我们按物品到达时的状态发货。我们不提供重新包装或集运服务（包括外箱破损或丢失的情况）。
  • Cost confirmed before payment.결제 전 비용 확정.付款前确认费用。 Shipping is charged by weight or volume. The final cost is confirmed by email after your parcel arrives and is measured — nothing is charged until you approve it.배송비는 무게 또는 부피 기준으로 산정됩니다. 물품 도착·측정 후 이메일로 최종 비용을 안내드리며, 동의 전엔 청구되지 않아요.运费按重量或体积计算。包裹到达并测量后，我们会通过邮件确认最终费用 — 在您同意前不会收取任何费用。
  • Accurate details & tracking.정확한 정보·운송장.准确的信息与运单号。 Please submit this request before your parcel reaches the warehouse, with the correct tracking number. Requests by email or KakaoTalk alone can't be processed.물품이 창고에 도착하기 전, 정확한 운송장 번호와 함께 신청서를 제출해 주세요. 이메일·카카오톡만으로는 접수되지 않아요.请在包裹到达仓库前提交此申请，并填写正确的运单号。仅通过邮件或 KakaoTalk 无法受理申请。
  • Restricted items.반입 제한 품목.限制物品。 Items that can't clear NZ customs or MPI (e.g. certain foods, liquids, batteries) may be held or returned. Ask us first if you're unsure.NZ 세관·MPI 통관 불가 품목(일부 식품·액체·배터리 등)은 보류 또는 반송될 수 있어요. 확실하지 않으면 먼저 문의해 주세요.无法通过新西兰海关或 MPI 清关的物品（如某些食品、液体、电池）可能被扣留或退回。不确定请先咨询我们。
  • WATDA clears customs for you.통관은 WATDA가 처리.清关由 WATDA 代办。 We act as importer of record and handle NZ customs, duty and GST. You don't need your own client code.왔다샵이 수입자로서 NZ 통관·관세·GST를 처리합니다. 고객 본인의 Client Code는 필요 없어요.我们作为进口报关方，处理新西兰海关、关税和 GST。您无需自己的通关码。
