개인 물품을 뉴질랜드로 보내고 싶으실 때 이용하실 수 있는 서비스예요.

한국 내 Watda.Shop 지정 배송대행지로 물건을 보내주시면,
한국 창고에서 상품 도착 확인 및 기본 검수 후 출고가 진행되고,
뉴질랜드 도착 후에는 픽업, 로컬 배송 또는 직접배송 옵션을 통해
편리하게 물건을 받아보실 수 있어요.

※ Watda.Shop은 한국 창고에 입고된 상태 그대로 출고를 원칙으로 운영되고 있어요.
분실 및 파손 등의 사유로 인한 재포장 또는 합포장 서비스는 제공되지 않으니
이용 전 꼭 참고 부탁드려요.

배송대행 이용 절차

1단계 | 한국 배송 주소 입력

한국 쇼핑몰에서 상품을 주문하시거나 개인 물품을 발송하실 때,
배송 주소란에 본인의 Watda.Shop 배송대행지 주소를 입력해 주세요.

배송대행지 주소는
Watda.Shop 회원가입 후 로그인 상태에서만 확인 가능해요.
비회원 상태에서는 주소 확인이 어려워요.

2단계 | 배송대행 신청서 작성

한국 쇼핑몰에서 구매하시거나 발송하신 물품 정보를
홈페이지 내 배송대행 > 신청서 작성 메뉴에서 직접 입력해 주세요.

신청서는 물류센터 도착 전에 미리 작성해 주셔야 해요.
이메일이나 카카오톡을 통한 신청서는 접수되지 않아요.

3단계 | 상품 도착 및 검수

상품이 Watda.Shop 한국 배송대행지에 도착하면
기본적인 상품 확인과 무게 및 부피 측정이 진행돼요.

수입 제한 품목, 통관 불가 품목 등을 확인하기 위해
모든 화물은 검수 절차를 거치고 있어요.
빠르고 안전한 배송을 위한 필수 과정이니 양해 부탁드려요.

4단계 | 출고 진행

마감 일정에 따라 상품이 순차적으로 출고돼요.
마감 이후 접수된 상품은 다음 스케줄로 자동 이월돼요.

5단계 | 국제 운송 및 통관

출고된 상품은 항공 또는 해상 스케줄에 맞춰
뉴질랜드로 이동하며, 도착 후 통관 절차가 진행돼요.

6단계 | 뉴질랜드 도착 후 수령

통관이 완료되면 Watda.Shop 뉴질랜드 물류지에 입고돼요.
이후 고객님께서 아래 방식 중 원하시는 방법을 선택하실 수 있어요.

• 직접배송(지정 주소로 바로 배송) 옵션

결제 안내

• 배송 비용은 무게 또는 부피 기준으로 산정돼요.

• 비용은 한국 배송대행지에 물품이 도착하고 분류가 완료된 후 확정돼요.

• 확정된 배송비는 신청서에 기재하신 이메일 주소로 안내드려요.

• 배송비 결제 완료 후 픽업 또는 배송이 진행돼요.

What Is a Shipping Forwarding Service?

Watda.Shop’s shipping forwarding service is designed for customers who
purchase products directly from Korean online shopping malls
or wish to send personal items from Korea to New Zealand.

Simply have your items delivered to Watda.Shop’s designated forwarding address in Korea.
Once the items arrive at our Korean warehouse, we will:

• Confirm receipt of the items

• Conduct a basic inspection

• Arrange outbound shipment

After arrival in New Zealand, you can conveniently receive your items via
pickup, local courier delivery, or direct delivery to your address.

※ Watda.Shop operates on a ship-as-received policy.
Items are dispatched in the same condition as received at our Korean warehouse.
Repacking or consolidation services are not provided, even in cases of loss or damage.
Please take this into consideration before using the service.

Shipping Forwarding Process

Step 1 | Enter the Korean Shipping Address

When placing an order on a Korean shopping mall or sending personal items,
please enter your Watda.Shop forwarding address as the delivery address.

The forwarding address is available only after registering and logging in to Watda.Shop.
Non-members are unable to view the address.

Step 2 | Submit the Shipping Forwarding Application

Please enter the details of your purchased or shipped items
via Shipping Forwarding > Application Form on our website.

• The application must be submitted before the items arrive at the warehouse

• Applications submitted via email or KakaoTalk are not accepted

Step 3 | Item Arrival & Inspection

Once your items arrive at Watda.Shop’s Korean forwarding warehouse:

• Basic item verification is performed

• Weight and volume are measured

All shipments undergo inspection to identify
restricted or non-clearable items.
This is a mandatory process to ensure safe and smooth delivery.

Step 4 | Dispatch

Items are dispatched sequentially according to the announced cutoff schedule.
Items received after the cutoff will be automatically carried over to the next shipping schedule.

Step 5 | International Shipping & Customs Clearance

Dispatched items are transported to New Zealand
according to air or sea freight schedules.

Upon arrival, customs clearance procedures are carried out in New Zealand.

Step 6 | Receiving Your Items in New Zealand

Once customs clearance is completed,
your items will be received at Watda.Shop’s New Zealand logistics facility.

You may then choose one of the following options:

• Self Pickup

• Local Courier Delivery

• Direct Delivery to Your Designated Address

Payment Information

• Shipping fees are calculated based on actual weight or volumetric weight

• Final shipping costs are confirmed after items arrive and are sorted at the Korean warehouse

• The confirmed shipping fee will be sent to the email address provided in your application

• Pickup or delivery will proceed after payment is completed

Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available:

• New Zealand Bank Transfer

• EFTPOS (Debit Card)

• Credit card

Additional payment methods will be introduced gradually
