WATDA.SHOP(왔다샵, 이하 "왔다샵")는 Privacy Act 2020에 따라 고객의 개인정보를 보호합니다.

WATDA.SHOP ("we", "us") protects customer personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

1. 수집 항목 / What we collect

왔다샵은 서비스 제공에 필요한 다음 정보를 수집합니다.

WATDA.SHOP collects personal information necessary to provide its services:

  • 이름 / Name
  • 이메일 / Email
  • 전화번호 / Phone number
  • NZ 배송 주소 / NZ delivery address
  • 결제 관련 식별정보 (카드 전체 번호는 저장하지 않음) / Payment-related references (we do NOT store full card numbers)
  • 주문 내역 / Order details
  • 왔다샵과의 커뮤니케이션 기록 / Communications with us

2. 사용 목적 / How we use it

  • 주문 처리, 한국 구매, 국제 운송, 통관, NZ 내 배송. / Order processing, Korean purchase, freight, customs clearance, NZ delivery.
  • 주문 진행 안내(지연, 통관 이슈 포함). / Communication about the order, including delays or customs issues.
  • 회계 처리, GST 기록, IRD 세무 신고. / Accounting, GST records, and tax compliance with IRD.
  • 서비스 개선 및 분쟁 해결. / Improving our services and resolving disputes.

3. 제3자 제공 / Sharing

왔다샵은 서비스 수행에 반드시 필요한 범위 내에서만 정보를 공유합니다.

WATDA.SHOP shares personal information only with parties strictly necessary to complete the service:

  • 한국 구매 대행사·판매처 / Korean purchase agents and sellers
  • 국제 물류 포워더 / Freight forwarders
  • 통관 대행사 / Customs brokers
  • NZ 택배사 / NZ courier partners
  • 결제 처리사 / Payment processors
  • 회계사 / Accountants
  • 법령상 요구되는 경우 정부기관(NZ Customs, MPI, IRD) / Government authorities where required by law (NZ Customs, MPI, IRD)

4. 보관 및 보안 / Storage and security

개인정보는 합리적인 보안 수준을 갖춘 시스템에 보관됩니다. NZ 세법 및 관세법 준수를 위해 최소 7년간 기록을 보관합니다.

Personal information is stored on services that meet reasonable industry security standards. We retain records for at least 7 years to comply with NZ tax and customs law.

Privacy Act 2020에 따라 본인 정보의 열람 및 정정을 요청할 수 있습니다. info.watda@gmail.com 으로 요청 시 20 영업일 이내 회신합니다.
